David M. Baker, P.E., Senior Project Engineer, has been with ERD since 1990. He is responsible for computer simulations and modeling, including GIS work. Mr. Baker received a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Baker has extensive experience in computer modeling, including advanced hydrodynamic models, SWIM, AdICPR, GIS systems, and has developed a number of spreadsheet models for predicting pollutant loadings and water quality characteristics of receiving waterbodies.
