H. Wayne Harper, P.E. - Senior Project Manager
H. Wayne Harper, P.E. has been a Senior Project Manager for ERD since 2004. He is responsible for oversight of preliminary and final designs, opinions of probable construction cost, permitting, construction administration, and other related services. Wayne has served as Project Manager on multiple stormwater treatment projects in Florida, including chemical stormwater treatment and incorporation of stormwater treatment into park and recreational settings. Mr. Harper received a B.S.E. from the University of Central Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Florida and Maine. Mr. Harper has over 20 years of technical and project management experience on a variety of environmental engineering projects, including evaluation, design, permitting, bidding, and construction observation.
